Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the free service “PinVault” operated by Emre Cevik. By using it, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

PinVault lets you share files anonymously and temporarily via code, link or QR code. Files are deleted automatically after 24 hours and size limits may apply. The service is free and may be funded through advertising.

Registered users may be granted an extended free storage allowance (currently advertised as 500 MB) and additional features. These are voluntary, non-binding benefits that we may increase, reduce or discontinue at any time and without prior notice, with effect for the future. There is no entitlement to any specific amount of storage or to the continued availability of individual features.

3. Your obligations

• Only upload content you have the necessary rights to.
• Do not share unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content (e.g. malware).
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.

4. Removal & blocking

We may remove content and block access without notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms or applicable law.

5. Availability & warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of continuous availability, error-free operation or permanent storage. Please keep your own backups.

6. Liability

Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected or in cases of injury to life, body or health.

7. Privacy

8. Governing law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
